It is an all-in-one device that operates at a frequency of 860 MHz to 960 MHz and is an ideal solution for applications such as warehousing, parking systems, distribution, shop floor, harsh manufacturing or processing environments, and outdoors.
This ultra high frequency Gen 2 RFID reader /writer, model 216002, possesses diverse features including digital signal management, built-in antenna and RS-232, USB, Wiegand26/34 and RS485 interfaces that make it easy to install and use. Its read and write distances are up to 1 to 4m depending on the RFID tag used and the reader features a fast identification speed of less than 8ms with multi-detection. The range of RF power is 20dBm to 30dBm which is selectable via software. This Gen2 RFID reader/writer offers a variety of tag identifying modes such as timed, external trigger and soft trigger. The compact plastic Gen 2 RFID reader/writer has is compliant with RoHS, CE, FCC, EPC Gen 2 Certification, ISO 18000-6B.
