The active wristband RFID tag, model 127006, has disassembly and tamper-resistant functions which make it suitable for people in need of special care or strict protection. It consists of a 0.18-micrometer CMOS integrated circuit, a rigid waterproof housing and an emergency call button that can be pressed to send a signal back to the system. This tag is soft and durable and features ultra-low power consumption. It will immediately send an alarm signal if the tag is broken or opened without approval or permission. This portable tag can be read from distances of up to 100 meters. Additionally, the wristband tag has a battery life of more than four years.
