GAO RFID has recently added a unique line of extremely robust mount-on metal, high-temperature resistant RFID Tags for use in on-metal applications. These sturdy tags offer robust performance at an attractive price point. Constructed with durable flame retardant 4 (FR-4) laminate, these UHF tags can endure temperatures of 200°C (even in oil), high humidity, and pressure of up to 15-bar. The tags also withstand vibration and mechanical shock. As well, they are resistant to chemical hazards such as sulfuric acid and salt water. GAO’s family of RFID tags is EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and RoHS compliant and has an IP68 rating. The tags are available in frequencies for North America, Europe, and Japan. Barcodes and 2D barcodes and encoding are available for the tags.

| The, 116037, is a medium sized, medium range RFID tag with dimensions of 3.6 x 0.53in it has an impressive read range of almost 16ft or 4.8m when mounted on metal. This tag also has a hole to hang on an asset with a fastener. When off metal, hung in the air, the RFID tag has a read range between 4 and 5 feet. |  |

| The 116036 has two small magnets for easy mounting and removal from metal objects. It has a good read distance of about 14ft or a little over 4m when mounted on metal. |  |
Small Form Factor Mount-on Metal UHF RFID Tag
| The 116039 is the smallest of GAO’s series of on-metal RFID tags at 1.5in x 0.4in x 0.11in or about the size of a long paper clip. Aside from operating in a high temperature environment, the tags are also well suited for IT assets such as laptops or hand held computers that require a small form factor RFID tag. |  |
Ultra Thin Mount-on Metal UHF RFID Tag
| The 116040 is the thinnest of GAO’s on-metal RFID tags series at only 3.2mm. Aside from operating in a high temperature environments, theses tags are also well suited where ever a low profile is required. The tags will read up to 6 feet when mounted on metal using a fixed RFID reader. |  |
