Toronto, Canada – GAO RFID Inc. recommends its easy-to-use and cost-effective handheld RFID reader series which are ideal for animal identification and management. Also, the portable low frequency RFID reader series are suitable for logistics, field service, personnel tracking and event management.

The reader series, model 222014, include two versions of RFID readers: one is used to read compatible RFID tags, display the tag ID on the screen and store the data to onboard memory; the other performs with additional capability to upload the data in real time via Bluetooth to computer or PDA. These easy-to-use low frequency RFID readers feature fast and accurate scanning and have a large memory capacity for storing about 2000 items. They work continuously for up to 12 hours on a single charge. Additionally, these RFID readers are shipped with demo software and SDK and meet ISO11784/5 FDX-B and ID64 standards.

This easy-to-use and cost-effective handheld RFID reader series belong to GAO’s family of 134 KHz (LF) RFID Readers.
