13.56 MHz Proximity UID Reader for Access and Security Control

Toronto, Canada – GAO RFID Inc.is offering its 13.56 MHz proximity UID reader which is an ideal hardware solution for integration into access control and security systems.

This advanced high frequency RFID reader, model 213002, features fast data transfer and provides a read rate of 16 tags/s. The reader provides a baud rate of 19200 bps and allows for multi-detection. It reads multiple transponders compliant with ISO15693 UID standard at a distance of up to 50 mm. Featuring three data interfaces including RS232, Wiegand and MSR ABA TK2 for data exchange, it can be integrated with terminals or equipment in applications using UID identification for access control.

Encapsulated within an ABS case with an IP40 protection rating, the portable RFID reader is water and dust resistant and performs well even in harsh environments. In addition, it has passed CE and FCC certification.

Flexible UHF Gen 2 Mount-on-metal RFID Tag

134.2 kHz RFID FDX Handheld Reader for Animal Tracking and Management

Toronto, Canada – GAO RFID Inc. is offering its 134.2 kHz RFID FDX handheld reader which is ideal for animal tracking and management. This RFID reader is used to read electronic data on any pet equipped with an electronic RFID chip.

This LF RFID FDX reader, model 222005, features one-button operation making it easy to use. The RFID reader is compliant with the ISO 11784/11785 standard and reads tags at a distance of 0 to 40 mm with a fast identification time of less than 1 s. The reader provides FDX-B communication format. An RS232 interface is provided for data exchange. It can store about 2500 records in its 256 kb memory.

Equipped with auto power off function, this reader consumes little power: less than 2 W in reading mode and 0 W in idle mode. In addition, the reader is powered by a 9 V Alkali battery or a direct current stabilized voltage power supply.

Full Featured 134.2 kHz Stationary RFID Reader

This low frequency, fixed reader, model 212002, is ISO 118784/5 compliant and thus able to read all FDX-B and HDX RFID tags and optional H4002 tags. Multiple Access Points can be Controlled Simultaneously with the RFID Access Control Software System

125 kHz Compact Mid-Range Reader Features Multiple Interfaces

This compact mid-range reader, model 211006, reads transponders compatible with EM4001/EM4002. It offers a typical read range of up to 30 cm with ISO cards and provides a high baud rate of 9600 bps.
